Terms and Conditions for Online Auction Bidding

If the successful bidder, you will have 10 days or a specific day to remove your items from the onsite location of the sale, unless otherwise arranged with auction company.  Online Pre-Auction bidding and live online bidding available on our website or by phone app.  Pre-bidding only available on select auctions. 

Wire transfer, check with ID, are acceptable forms of payment.  All major credit cards are accepted via Stripe with auction company registration approval for online bidders.  If paying by check or wire transfer, please email/call auction company for arrangements to be made.  See contact information below. 

Auction company will call successful bidders during or after the auction to discuss payment options.  (Please provide best phone number to reach you).  For Buyer’s Premium’s and fees as successful bidder, please refer to the information section of the particular auction you are bidding on.  Online purchasers will not be allowed to pick up their purchased items until all monies have been collected in full.  For additional information regarding online items to be sold, please contact auction company.

All items sold “As is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.  Auction company shall not be held liable as to the condition of any items sold online.  Descriptions of items sold online are not to be misleading, and the auction company will represent the item to the best of its knowledge.
